To provide and operate the Thinking of You service, including reminders, relationship tracking, and the visual relationship map.
To send you email and SMS reminders about upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, and other dates you've added.
To generate AI-powered gift recommendations tailored to the people in your life and your stated preferences.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and relevant product features.
To analyze usage patterns and improve the product experience.
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.

4. Amazon Associates Disclosure

This site participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This does not add any cost to you.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
