We built Thinking of You because we kept forgetting birthdays and showing up empty-handed. We wanted an app that actually helps you be the thoughtful person you already are — not a guilt machine, not a calendar hack, but a genuine tool for staying connected to the people who matter most.
Our mission
The truth is, most of us are terrible at keeping in touch with the people we love — not because we don't care, but because life is noisy and our brains aren't designed to hold 200 calendars at once. We let birthdays slip by. We mean to call and then don't. We show up to Christmas without a gift because we forgot it was two weeks away.
We felt this acutely — the guilt of a forgotten birthday, the awkwardness of apologizing to someone who matters to you. And we realized the problem wasn't caring. We cared deeply. The problem was the absence of infrastructure.
Thinking of You is that infrastructure. It holds the dates, it knows the people, it surfaces the ideas, and it reminds you before it's too late. So you can spend less time managing and more time actually connecting.
